Privacy notice for registering interest

This notice explains how Salaam Suites Sdn Bhd handles the details you give when you register interest in hostech on this website, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Who we are

Salaam Suites Sdn Bhd, Reg. No. 202001029122 (1385442-M), PT376, Jalan Tok Guru, 15400 Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. hostech is our hotel software. For anything about your details, email support@hostech.ai.

What we collect

• Your name.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address.
• Your hotel or business name.
• The language of the page you used, English or Bahasa Malaysia, and the time you registered.
• The type of browser your device reports, so we can tell a person from an automated script.
• A scrambled form of your internet address (a keyed hash, never the address itself), used only to limit repeated sends from one connection.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about hostech, for example to tell you about its launch or to answer your questions. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who sees it

Salaam Suites' directors. Your details are stored in our system, and a copy is sent by email to the company's inbox, where the directors read it.

We do not sell or share it

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside Salaam Suites. The companies that run our servers and send our email handle them only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to talk to you about hostech. Ask us at any time and we delete it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email support@hostech.ai with the name and the phone number or email address you registered with. We will reply within 21 days.

Your choice

Registering is up to you. If you would rather not use the form, you can email us instead.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will change the date at the top.
